Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington
Balayage in progress at Studio Kin Hair
A calm, colour-led studio on Cuba Street
Studio Kin Hair is built for considered colour and lived-in blondes, with plenty of time for every client who walks through the door.
Our story
Why we slow down for great hair
Good colour takes time. We give it.
Studio Kin Hair was founded by Mia Thompson, who wanted a Wellington salon where colour correction and lived-in blondes could be done properly, without clients watching the clock.
Every appointment is booked with room to talk through what you want, test the tone on a few strands and work it through slowly. It's why clients come back for their colour, not just their cut.
- Online booking, no phone tag
- Vegan, cruelty-free colour
- Time built into every appointment
- Colour correction, done carefully
