How do I book an appointment?
Book online any time, or call the studio on 04 555 0187 during opening hours. Online booking is the quickest way to find a time with Mia or Jae.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, and Saturday, 9am to 4pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Where is the salon?
Studio Kin Hair is on Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington, in the heart of the city.
How much does a women's cut cost?
Women's cuts start from $95, including a consultation, wash and style. Your colourist or stylist will confirm the exact price on the day based on your hair and the finish you want.
What does balayage or blonding cost?
Balayage and blonding start from $280. Lived-in blondes take time to do properly, so we'll talk through placement and upkeep at your consultation before any colour goes on.
How long does a colour correction take?
Every head is different, so timing depends on your current colour, condition and the result you're after. We start with an honest consultation and build a plan from there, sometimes over more than one appointment.
What colour products do you use?
We colour exclusively with vegan, cruelty-free products. Good for your hair, and the way we think colour should be done.
Do you do hair for weddings?
Yes. Bridal hair is one of our signature services. Book a consultation ahead of your date so we can plan your look together.
